Clinical Herbalist & Full Spectrum Doula

Whitney StaebBorn in the mountains and raised by the ocean, Whitney has followed a path surrounded by nature. This path has nurtured a deep love of plants and their inherent properties to heal and restore. Whitney is an herbalist, medicine maker, and full spectrum doula. She has been studying and practicing herbal medicine since 2012 and has been supporting new parents as a doula since 2015. Whitney completed an extensive three-year program in clinical western herbalism and is currently expanding her knowledge by studying to become a Women’s Health Educator. She has managed two herbal medicine labs in the Bay Area for both retail and clinical applications and was a core faculty member at the Ohlone Herbal Center in Berkeley. 

As a doula and an herbalist, Whitney supports people through all spectrums of life. Her practice and teaching highlight the ways in which we can all find empowerment and healing within ourselves and with the help of the plants that exist alongside us. As an educator, Whitney offers classes and workshops on medicine making and reproductive health. In her private practice she works with clients to create holistic formulations and wellness plans that focus on each individual's needs and experiences.
