In this class we will learn how to distill the aromatic, volatile oils from plants to make hydrosols (floral waters).  Learn the benefits of using a copper still for distillation as well as the stove-top method anyone can use at home.  Students will bring home a 4 oz bottle of hydrosol we've made in class.

LOGISTICS:  Class runs from 11-3pm with a break for lunch and is held at Gathering Thyme.  Class size is limited to 10 students.  Register early to insure your space.

COST: $80 and includes handouts and take-home products we've made in class. 

Instructor Bio:
Cheryl Fromholzer is a clinical herbalist and herbal educator with over 30 years of experience in the field.  She is also the creatrix of North Rose Botanicals skincare and the Founder of Gathering Thyme.  Her passion is teaching others the old ways and bringing herbalism to the community.
